We specialize in thin-wall profile extrusion up to 3 inches high by 4 inches wide and pipe extrusion up to 3 inches in diameter.   We offer design assistance, quoting, production and packaging.

Our value-added services include on-site assembly, labeling, hot stamping, hole punching and drilling for custom fabrication.

Materials include rigid and flexible PVC, ABS, HDPE and LDPE.  Custom coloring is also available.

Our single screw extruders range from 1 1/4 through 2 1/2 inches with air and water cooling tables, supported by automatic cut-offs, print wheels, and punching and drilling equipment.
